Unfortunately, returns hurt small businesses.
If you are greatly dissatisfied with a purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us through the the contact page on this site within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once you get in contact with us, and we confirm your return request, you will need to carefully package and send your item(s) back to us at the address we provide.
You will be responsible for postage and sending the item(s) back to us. We require a tracking number for the returned package.
Items need to be well packaged and returned in good condition. We will not refund items that we receive broken due to inadequate packaging on your part.
Once we receive the returned package, and we verify the items to be in good condition, we will refund your order for the returned items.
